The Terms of Use talks about how you can and can’t use our website, products and services.
- WHO OWNS THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES?
We do. You are welcome to use them according to the Terms of Use, but we still own them.
Use of Our Photos
- HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I CAN/CANNOT DO WITH YOUR PHOTOS?

- WHAT CAN I DO TO YOUR PHOTOS?
A lot! You can change the photo colors, filters, size, or orientation, or add text or illustrations.
- HOW CAN I USE YOUR PHOTOS?
In lots of ways! For example:
- For yourself or your business;
- For your blogs, social media, websites, or apps;
- For certain types of advertising and marketing, depending on what is being made or how much it is being seen; and
- In videos or similar presentations, depending on the budget for the project.
- WHAT CAN’T I DO TO YOUR PHOTOS?
You can’t:
- Sell the photos, or a part of any photo, as-is;
- Give the photos away for free or to any clients or customers; or
- Claim that you or anyone besides us owns the photos.
- HOW CAN’T I USE YOUR PHOTOS?
You can’t use the photos:
- For any app or website that builds other apps or websites;
- To do anything that competes with us in the photography industry; or
- To do anything vulgar, illegal, or offensive.
- WHO OWNS YOUR PHOTOS?
We do! We’re happy to let you use them but we still own them no matter what you do with them.
While you don’t have to give us credit when you use our photos, we would really appreciate it if you did!
Privacy and Security
- DO YOU HAVE A PRIVACY POLICY?
Yes. Our Privacy Policy talks about your information and how it is collected, used, and shared.
- IS MY INFORMATION COLLECTED?
Yes. Your information may be collected by us, our affiliates, or by unrelated third parties.
- HOW IS MY INFORMATION COLLECTED AND USED?
Your information may be collected in many different ways; for example, when you:
- Purchase a product from us;
- Access or post anything on our website or social media platforms; or
- Communicate with us by mail, email, or phone.
Your information may be used for marketing, maintenance, support, order fulfillment, or other purposes.
- CAN THIRD PARTIES ACCESS MY INFORMATION?
